Spanish Trail Master Association is Hiring a Receptionist Near Las Vegas, NV
· General Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Office is closed from 12-1 for the lunch hour)
o CSR will complete any reasonable request made by the CSAC, the CSD or the Managing Director.
o CSR’s will assist with any resident complaint upon request.
- Specific Responsibilities
o The CSR position requires computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
o Field phone calls and front desk traffic regarding maintenance, accounting and various association matters.
o Alarm & Report Synopsis Entry – Assist with entering Alarm & Report Synopsis information when needed.
o Administer registration for all new residents into the community to include the issuance of Transponders, STMA ID Cards, Pool Keys, Gate Clickers, etc. and enter into the gate access system.
o Administer registration for new country club members into the gate access system
o Administer the registration of resident and country club member vehicles, to include verification of: insurance, DMV registration and driver license.
o Process listing and property management agreements into gate access system
o Process request for special events, open houses, auctions, etc.
o Receive check or money order payments for Association Dues, Transponders, Pool Keys, etc.
o Process check or money order payments on daily check register and give to accounting for posting.
o Process House Check Agreement Forms for residents.
o Verify and process title packages from courier services
o Trouble shoot gate software issues
o Process information for dumpster requests
o Accept mail, UPS, FedEx, office supply deliveries, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
