Hiring an experienced and reliable Veterinary Receptionist for a busy non corporate practice.
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital required, minimum of 1 year.
- Keeping the flow of appointments going and handle daily scheduling.
- Provide professional and exceptional service at all times.
- Keeping the front lobby clean at all times.
- Dispensing prescription items per the veterinarian's instructions, selling retail products and scheduling appointments.
- Good communication between doctors and treatment staff.
- Going over detailed estimates.
- Basic knowledge of medications, procedures, and vaccine protocols.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
