Our clinic is currently looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

Job duties: communicating with clients via phone, text, and email, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out for appointments, cashier duties, answering phones, general housekeeping, discussing estimates with clients, going over directions and medications with clients, etc. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. Veterinary experience is highly preferred(familiarity with Cornerstone is a big plus). We are a busy three doctor clinic looking for someone who wishes to become part of our family long-term. Tentative schedule: Tues/Wed 8a-5p, Sat 8a-12p
