Southwest Animal Hospital is a small but very busy two doctor practice. We are one of the few non-corporate practices left in Las Vegas. There are many advantages to working for a privately owned company. Looking for a responsible individual for a full-time receptionist position. This position will also train as a kennel attendant and may work that position one day a week or when needed to cover vacations, etc. Must be able to work any hours 7:00am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday or Sunday. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Greeting and welcoming clients

- Answering a multi-line phone system

- Booking appointments and answering non-medical client questions

- Charging out clients and processing payments

- Miscellaneous other duties

- Kennel responsibilities include, but not limited to, walking and feeding pets in our care, cleaning the hospital, laundry, etc.

We will train the right candidate. Prior experience in customer service is required. Experience in any area of a veterinary hospital and Spanish speaking are pluses but not required.
