HEAD RECEPTIONIST - BILINGUAL

Law Firm looking for an Experienced receptionist (1-year minimum), fluent in both English and Spanish, to answer phones and do secretarial work. Our Firm's primary practice areas include personal injury and worker's compensation.

$14 - $18 hourly

• Answering busy multi-line phones
• Work with our case management software (Needles)
• Set appointments
• Receive and distribute all incoming US mail
• Receive and distribute all incoming electronic faxes
• Receive and distribute incoming office e-mail
• Maintain mailroom and supplies
• Manage lobby and front desk commons
• Manage supply inventory - office, kitchen, and cleaning
• Prepare basic correspondence based on templates provided

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent computer skills
• MS Office Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with our law firm
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
• MUST be fluent in Spanish and English
