Seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our well-established legal team at Eric Blank Injury Attorneys in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy Personal Injury law firm. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must to effectively communicate with clients. Previous experience handling cases involving Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Premises Liability, and Workers' Compensation will be advantageous. We are looking for a proactive candidate who can seamlessly integrate with our Case Management team right from the beginning.

$54,000 - $65,000 yearly compensation package

• Client Intake calls, meetings, documentation
• Opening claims, Insurance company notifications
• Assigning and monitoring client treatment with providers
• Collection, review, and storage of medical records and bills
• Compiling and drafting demand letters and assisting the Pre-Litigation Director with documentation
• Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
• Communication with clients, providing status updates and checking on them on an ongoing basis
• Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
• Work independently and with the Case Management Team
• Translate when needed

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
• Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
• Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Spanish fluency is a Must
• Excellent computer skills
• Microsoft Office tools experience
• Strong organization
