Jerry Seiner Mazda of Las Vegas is hiring a Receptionist! The Receptionist intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides essential information to callers. S/he is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must always represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uses the telephone console to make connections and relay calls.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
• Complete Dealer trade check requests and VMS for NC Sales.
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Receive customer cash, checks, and credit card payments and record the amount received.
• Prepare the daily schedule of sales employees.
• Perform other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
• Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Will perform the entire shift at a desk in an office setting, inside the office.
• Will answer the telephone for most of the shift.
