Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle yourself professionally in a fast paced work environment.
• Positive, 'can do' attitude.
• Organized with an eye for detail.
• The ability to work well under pressure while completing tasks with a sense of urgency
• Punctual, dependable and able to work weekends.
• The ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch climb ladders, as well as lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a timely, courteous and professional manner and check them in for appointments.
• The ability to manage a multi-line phone system, take messages as needed and use an intercom system.
• Complete all daily clerical and administrative tasks including, but not limited to emails, voicemail, faxes, PetDesk, medication requests, Callbacks and confirming appointments/procedures
• Answer basic questions clients may have in regards to preventative care and/or general pet care without diagnosing over the phone
• Field and answer any questions clients may have regarding their pets.
• Maintaining and cleaning lobby, front desk as well as exam rooms, up to and including stocking supplies and cleaning
