Essential Functions:
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
· Perform data entry and scan documents.
· Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
· Provide administrative assistance to payroll and accounts payables department.
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
· Inventory maintenance and distribution
· Greet customers and direct them appropriately.
· Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to questions, take messages, screen, and route or refer callers, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
· 1 years of hands-on administrative support experience
· Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
· Knowledge of standard office equipment
· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· Good research skills and attention to detail
