About Us:
Small law office with a convenient Summerlin area location seeks a full-time receptionist. We specialize in estate planning, probate, and adult guardianship. We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting our firm, and will also provide essential administrative support to our attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a legal setting is preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Las Vegas, NV 89147: Relocate before starting work (Required)
