Sagebrush Health is Hiring a Bilingual Receptionist Near Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Maintain patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Collect co-pays
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations

- Traveling to multiple offices

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as Allscripts is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
