What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule appointments using Intergy EHR system.
  • Cancel and reschedule appointments.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments.
  • Answer Crisis Calls.
  • Respond to voice messages and cancellation messages.
  • Send patient messages to the appropriate clinics for providers.
  • Verify insurances.
  • Verify patient information (Insurance, Phone #, Address) and update in SEHS.
  • Input all pertinent information into the notes in patient administration for each patient.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager or Lead.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • At least 6 months Call Center experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Typing)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Appointment scheduling experience

Skills an Ideal Candidate Would Have

  • Knowledge of phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of Mental Health and Substance Abuse is a bonus
  • Knowledge of Nevada Insurance is a bonus
  • Minimum of a High School education, college degree preferred
