SP is recruiting a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for ensuring Human Resources processes are followed correctly through our HRIS system.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Enter data of all employee information, including transfers, promotions, salary changes, terminations, and general changes in the payroll system promptly
  • Review the daily new hires and ensure they are processed and imported daily
  • Review documents to ensure that all forms are completed correctly and that proper authorization hasbeen received
  • Handle incoming calls from managers relating to their HR and Payroll questions
  • Handle reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Sort the mail and upload any garnishments or payroll requests to ADP
  • Assist with the HR and payroll inbox and answer inquiries from managers and employees

Qualifications

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; HR related degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must have a basic understanding of data analytics
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Ability to learn HRIS systems and reporting tools
