Souvlaki is a full service Greek Restaurant located in Hampden! We create flavours of Greece! We use the best quality of ingredients to craft our dishes with attention to detail and make sure that our customers enjoy exceptional food and drinks with the best possible CUSTOMER SERVICE! In Souvlaki we want to provide to our customers exceptionally good food and drinks with a big smile. Our Line Cook experts are very important for us to help us achieve this.
Responsibilitie
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Order, maintain, and restock inventory of ingredients
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Perform duties associated with opening and closing the restaurant, including cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, is preferred 3 years plus
- Knowledge of food menu
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
