Topside is rooted in Baltimore’s culture from a seafood-centric menu that features local purveyors and artisans, to special events, local collaborations, pop-ups, and seasonal celebrations, because that’s what Baltimore is all about.

Who you are: As a Line Cook, you're the literal backbone of the operation. You take pride in your craft - you know the kitchen is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and that's why you love it.
