Rye Street Tavern, one of Clyde’s Restaurant Group’s latest concepts, is opening in the Spring of 2024. We are seeking talented Line Cooks to join our team. Rye Street Tavern is located on the waterfront of the Baltimore Peninsula development adjacent to Sagamore Distillery. Our 400-seat restaurant features two great indoor bars, a 70-seat outdoor bar overlooking the water, an incredible patio, show kitchen, and our famous oyster bar.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A LINE COOK

  • Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
  • Experience as a cook desired, preferably in a high-volume restaurant

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A LINE COOK

  • Sets up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies
  • Reads computerized orders and uses recipes to cook orders
  • Operates kitchen equipment
  • Cleans, restocks, and organizes work station during the shift
  • Follows Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality
