Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting, accounts payable and will have ownership of the General Ledger accounts
• Oversee all monthly closes, with a goal of shortening the close cycle
• Prepare/develop balance sheet and P&L account analysis & monthly reconciliations
• Supervise the AP Accounting Manager ensuring efficient operation of the Accounts Payable function
• Implement new accounting processes
• Review all inventory reports (costing, changes in inventory)
• Manage quarterly inventory counts
• Manage the annual financial statement audit
• Update and maintain internal accounting controls
• Supervise the payroll manager and provide the required review of all payroll batches prepared
• Assist with FP&A: budgeting, forecasting and development of KPIs

Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance

· Minimum seven years of progressive experience in operational accounting and finance

· NetSuite knowledge a plus

· At least three years of experience in managing the monthly close process

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

· Experience leading accounting teams

· CPA License preferred

Pay: $113,935.00 - $121,654.00 per year
