Responsibilities of the Controller:

• The Controller will manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• The Controller will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

What the company needs in a Controller :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar
• 5 years recent manufacturing experience
• Multi-entity experience
• Intercompany transaction experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
