We are seeking a senior level experienced Controller to work from our corporate office to develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities, such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting; monitors financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met; develops and maintains relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities, receives, records, and authorizes requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures; coordinates and directs the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of the organization; receives cash and checks and make deposits; delegates authority for the receipt, disbursement, banking, protection, and custody of funds, securities, and other financial instruments; conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes and assist in preparing and filing annual tax returns or compiling financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns.

CREDENTIALS: MBA preferable or have bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum of five (5) years experience required.
