Plan, forecast, and develop deep business insight into revenue streams for the business. Analyze financial, budgeting, or accounting information that affects investments, revenue generation, expenditures, business risks, and realization. Identify strategies to ensure financial health of the business, as well as budget completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Design and implement new system, reporting, and process improvements to support the scalability of the business. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Requirements:
Alternative Education and Experience: In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and optimizing business processes.
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSBBN17984), in Atlanta, GA is $159,492.00 to $189,492.00.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
