SoarTech’s Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for individuals interested in helping support our research, development, and implementation of this exciting technology into everyday operations.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the assigned program is completed on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds internal expectations and all external customer requirements. The Program begins during the Capture Phase, extends though Proposal, and into Contract implementation. This position is responsible for developing customer trust and developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with current and prospective customers. This individual is required to establish a detailed understanding of the customer and provide appropriate direction to departments on identification of customer requirements and resolution of customer issues, in summary understanding the customers operating environment, pain points, and ideal end state.
