***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 10 times a month.***Responsibilities:
The Digital Program Manager will:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process - iterative and predictive methods
- Determine and document agreed-upon program goals and objectives, success metrics, scope, and project and program requirements
- Document program benefits
- Develop program roadmaps/timelines; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the digital product lifecycle and understands principles of platform development in an Agile environment
- Coordinate the efforts of program and project teams, ensuring that tasks are assigned, progress is tracked, and milestones are met.
- Monitor and report program and project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related updates and inquiries
- Identify and understand resource interdependencies
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact program delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and related program and project artifacts.
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 8 years of experience managing complex Engineering, Technical, and Digital programs and projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant industry experience
- PMP or a PMI related certification
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience with SmartSheets and Jira
- Change Management experience
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- CSM certification
- Web & Digital Development experience
