Responsibilities

GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager – Data to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts located in Orlando, FL. This position is a key player responsible for the success of large data programs across the enterprise.

• You will plan, organize, and motivate project managers, third party vendors, product owners and their teams to establish, communicate, and achieve their scope, resource plans, milestones, schedules, forecasts and budgets.
• You will communicate verbally, written, and deliver presentations with and across various product and project teams, as well as communicate up to business and technology leadership, including C-level executives.
• You will anticipate and remediate program risks effectively and efficiently, and when necessary, escalate to the right audience at the right time
• You will ensure the program and project have proper documentation, artifacts, and processes to ensure the program is successful and are meeting the needs of the organization

Qualifications

• Expertise managing large scale data programs/projects across complex and mixed data environments
• Deep understanding of modern data delivery best practices
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and add value where necessary to program success
• Strong command over project management/SCRUM tools and software (MS SharePoint, Project, Azure DevOps) and Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others to perform
• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude working in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities
• Must be available to work onsite in Orlando, FL
