HYBRID ROLE - NO FULLY REMOTE
Required: 10 years
· Experience as a Test Lead coordinating and leading testing efforts in a large enterprise application environment
· Development of Integrated Master Test Plan
· Development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks
· Development of manual testing using manual test techniques
· Coordination of Cross-Functional Testing
· Agile project methodology experience
· Experience testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and end-to-end tracking across the project life cycle
· Experieince with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and other similar tools
· Experieince with project artifact curation and collaboration with shared tools and resources
· Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or senior leadership
· Proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint and other similar tools
· Knowledge and experience with Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, health claims payment and processing, population health management, or other similar areas
· Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) testing standards and framework
· Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification
