The primary responsibility of this position is to complete the following in a timely and professional manner. There will be additional projects on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

· Process and receive new jobs as they are issued from clients.

· Set up jobs in our system.

· Preparation of scopes with customer specific prices.

· Submit change orders with follow up on approvals.

· Assign jobs to vendors and provide customer updates during the duration of the project.

· Invoice jobs per customer’s instruction in a timely manner.

· Professionally communicate and maintain good relations with clients, subcontractors, and staff alike.

· Maintain regular verbal and/or written reports to upper management and other team members, as required.

Qualifications

• Some project management experience desired for entry-level position.
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to complete precision accounting tasks.
• Work easily within a team setting and independently, as well.
• Proficient in full MS Office Suite, Buildertrend knowledge a plus.
• Industry related customer service experience preferred.
