A. Position Description
The Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) is actively seeking qualified candidates for a project manager role aimed at improving energy efficiency. This individual will be responsible for overseeing clean energy projects to transform the current state of building and transportation energy usage. The role entails leveraging existing expertise and resources, engaging stakeholders to understand their unique needs and perspectives, and implementing processes and special projects to advance SEEA's initiatives across the Southeast.
Reporting directly to the director of technology and market solutions, the project manager will oversee the planning and execution of various initiatives, including building energy codes, energy efficiency programs, and workforce development efforts. Additionally, the role will involve cross team collaboration to ensure equitable and impactful outcomes.
The successful candidate will collaborate with external partners across state and local governments, nonprofits, academia, businesses, and utilities to support SEEA's initiatives spanning 12 states and five U.S. territories. By engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, the project manager will play a pivotal role in driving forward SEEA's mission to advance decarbonization and energy efficiency in the Southeast.

D. Classification
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position based in Atlanta, Georgia. SEEA’s current hybrid work schedule requires a minimum of two in-office workdays per week.

SEEA’s hiring process, on average, takes two months to complete, including virtual and in-person interviews.
