We are searching for a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning services at an assigned location. Your daily responsibilities will involve building inspections, meeting with clients, and leading a team of dedicated employees. Please note that a criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop work schedules, train supervisors, and cleaning staff on the proper use of equipment, materials, and chemicals, setting them up for success.
• Assign designated working areas to employees, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and submit them to upper management for approval, ensuring a streamlined payroll process. Also monitor employee hours daily to ensure you are within budget.
• Responsible for recruitment, promotion, discipline, and termination of staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and exceptional service delivery.
• Provide support to employees when needed, ensuring performance goals are met and work orders are promptly addressed.
• Champion safety requirements and maintain a secure working environment for all.
• Take charge of complete day and evening operations at your assigned accounts.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and promptly address janitorial equipment repairs, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous management experience - Previous janitorial management experience is a major plus.
• Possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation, as daily travel to assigned locations is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Embrace a flexible schedule, with a primary focus on late afternoons and nights. Occasional weekends may be necessary to meet business needs.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
• Acquire knowledge and experience in effectively managing accounts for maximum profitability.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and foster strong interpersonal relationships with subordinates.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, allowing you to prioritize assignments with ease.
