We are looking for a Route Supervisor to join our team in the Texarkana area. In this position, you will travel to various accounts as needed to fill-in, deliver supplies, train new employees, perform inspections, etc. This role offers great potential for career growth and advancement opportunities.

Hours will be primarily evenings/nights. A valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required along with a criminal background check.

Pay is up to $17 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide a monthly vehicle allowance or a company vehicle to facilitate your travel. Major Responsibilities:

• Fill in at various accounts when needed
• Deliver supplies or laundry when needed
• Makes job assignments to other cleaners after receiving instructions from supervision.
• Regularly perform inspections. Makes supervision aware of problems or issues.
• Assists any employee with their duties to ensure they stay on schedule.
• Ensures that closets are stocked with supplies and performs equipment inspections to ensure they are in good working order. Submits equipment repair requests as needed to supervision. Submits supply order requests as needed.
• To perform corrective or remedial duties as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role - previous janitorial experience is a major plus.
• Possess a clean driving record and reliable transportation, as daily travel to assigned locations is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Embrace a flexible schedule, with a primary focus on late afternoons and nights. Occasional weekends may be necessary to meet business needs.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance, coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
