Job Overview:
At Sexy Fish Miami, we invest in our Chefs, developing in the role to ensure you get the best out of it and we get the best out of you. Working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, you’ll run a designated section, ensuring each dish is executed with precision and presented to Sexy Fish Miami standard in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations requirements.
- Meet with Executive Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
- Prepare all dishes following recipes and yield guides.
- Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and Resort requirements.
- Plating food creatively and maximizing customer enjoyment
- Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
