Job Description

What You Will Be Doing? 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Marketing Manager - Americas to join our Marketing Department. The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in pushing communications and marketing strategy, boosting company's awareness in its markets, define account-based marketing with direct and channel sales team, manage North America digital marketing and events, and collaborating with HR on workplace culture. 

Main Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Communications & Marketing Strategy & Org
  • Design a Marketing Plan with the Marketing & Sales Teams for the Americas, and approved by CEO Americas
  • Design an effective, actionable marketing plan for the Americas following the Group strategy, and to deliver sales priorities for the region in terms of VAS adoption and ESL growth
  • Strengthen and develop the marketing team in the region, high morale and great e-NPS
• Awareness
  • Boost the company’s awareness in its markets through thought-leadership content, press coverage and key conferences
  • Define and lead the execution of a PR plan in line with the company’s targets in the Americas
  • Oversee with the team the customer experience centers in the US (Chicago, Dallas), as well as the showrooms equipped with our solutions
• Account-based marketing
  • Define with sales the top large key accounts to address in terms of marketing
  • Establish clear marketing & communications action plan to reach these accounts and their key decision makers through awareness, thought-leadership, events, lead generation, business cases
  • Work with ABM specialist to deliver the plan and review performance based on KPIs defined together with sales.
• Digital Marketing
  • Manage the digital marketing specialist established in the Americas (Chicago)
  • Ensure prime visibility of the Group and its solutions on digital channels by establishing KPIs based on engagement rates, follower counts, SEO rankings, SEA conversion
• Events & Associations
  • Oversee the execution of the event plan for the Americas, led by the Events coordinator for the region
  • Define key objectives for major shows, as well as smaller events in terms of attendees, leads, opportunities
  • Create & nurture deep relationships with show associations to maximize our memberships and visibility through these key channels for retail
• Channel Marketing
  • Manage the channel marketing manager to deliver & execute ambitious channel sales plans for the regions: events, dedicated marketing content, business cases…
• Culture
  • Together with HR, align on the North America culture strategy and tactics: local events, onboarding, newsletter… with the help of the local marketing team for its execution

Qualifications

What is Required? 

• Good autonomy with synchronization needed between sales & other teams in North America and within the group (Marketing, Product Marketing, HR).
• 3 years in a management role 
• 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are key.
• Tech savvy, with entrepreneur mindset
• Strong leadership skills, committed to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Evidence of ability to work within a high growth, dynamic team. Must be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Adept at cross-functional team collaboration and ability to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done. 
• CRM experience is a must have

Additional Information

• Wordpress / CMS a plus
• Adobe CC experience is a plus
• Salesforce / Pardot is a plus
• A deep understanding of sales and marketing best practices, as well as proficiency in data analysis and marketing technology is also desirable
• Experience with social media campaigns is a plus
