Envision Yourself as an Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Sellen Main Office. The position is responsible for a variety of daily tasks and activities that are essential to the smooth operation of company departments and functions, including mail processing, contract administration, and office and conference room logistical support. This position is part of the broader administrative support team with multiple Administrative Assistants where a substantial portion of the support duties are highly collaborative. 

The Administrative Assistant is focused, process and results oriented, and has experience using Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) as well as virtual conferencing platforms and multi-line phone systems. A valid WA State Driver’s license is required for this role, as is the ability to drive our company vehicle.

The full salary range for this position is $22.00/hour to $29.50/hour. People new to the role typically start between $22.00/hour to $25.50/hour, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 5% of annual base earnings. This role is full-time and not eligible for remote work.
