Administrative Assistant for Real Estate

The Wagner Real Estate Group is a top 1% performing team in the U.S. and ranked #3 RE/MAX small team for Washington. Our team is dynamic, positive, and professional offering the utmost in client services. We are immediately seeking an experienced Real Estate Assistant to support our close-knit team of Brokers and Administrators by providing assistance in the office and field.

$22-$35 hourly bonuses depending on experience

Compensation:

$22 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Take a day to day admin activities away from team leaders and the sales team, organize workflow, and reduce inefficiencies
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, and back-office support
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Manage website, blog sites, and social media
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports for the team and for clients including CMAs
  • Constant client interaction upholding all standards of the team and promoting the brand
  • Participate in weekly team activities, and meetings, and collaborate on standards and practices
  • Be the liaison between property owners, agents, and vendors
  • Hands-on preparation and hosting of open-house events
  • Field support including home tours and listing assistance showings if needed

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Google apps including Gmail, Google Sheets, and general Internet/Tech Application proficiency
  • Graphic design experience a plus - Canva, Adobe, Photoshop
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents and communications
Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 Years working as an Admin Assistant, Real Estate Agent, Showing Assistant, or Listing Assistant
  • While not required, a current Washington State Real Estate License is a big plus
  • Stellar problem-solving
  • Willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
  • Provide team members and clients with an amazing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and re-prioritize daily to-do lists

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Full-time, flexible schedule with periodic weekend availability
  • Work is on-site and remote
