We are an emerging company with a vision to "save lives every day" by selling over a million of our forklift pedestrian alert systems. We have a way to go! but the ideal candidate will help us get there. You will come from the warehousing/ distribution/ logistics industry and preferably have a health and safety background. Or you might come directly from the materials handling industry itself. Either way - you know the risk of accident and injury to pedestrian workers in proximity to MHE such as forklifts.

You will be joining our existing and experienced North American team of four who all work remotely - but collaboratively. You will report to the President of Seen Safety Inc, who is also based in Houston. You will know that it is a long game and a team game when working with large multi nationals and their OEMs as clients - in fact you might already know many in the industry in Houston who will give you a foot in the door.

You will be as comfortable chasing an opportunity with C-Suite managers as you are talking to fork truck operators about their experience with our system. You know that to keep the sale moving you need persistence and patience - and the resolve to see it through no matter how long it takes.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities using inhouse tools and your own efforts as well as following up inbound leads
• Maintaining sales momentum through the life cycle of the opportunity - with the goal of an enterprise wide installation.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
