We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our entrepreneurial, nimble employment law firm. This full-time, in-person position will work directly with the Firm’s owner, attorneys, administrative staff, and clients to provide outstanding firm support and client services. This job is located in our Chicago office. The Legal Assistant must be able to come into the office five days a week. We are not offering relocation assistance.

This position is responsible for work vital to the operation of our firm, such as triaging emails, taking phone calls, managing calendars, electronic records and legal document support, light billing duties, and providing marketing support. The ideal candidate has experience working in a law firm as a Legal Assistant.
