Job description
San Bar Construction Corporation is a heavy highway specialty contractor specializing in striping, guardrail installation, sign manufacturing and installation, rumble strip installation and water blasting. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our company. This position will report to the Controller and will be responsible for all functions of the Human Resources department including talent acquisition, personnel matters, compensation administration, benefits, leave, diversity, enforcing company policies and practices, external and internal reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or Organizational Development
· 5 years’ experience in HR leadership
· Must be able to keep confidentiality
· Excellent communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Construction experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Bilingual (Spanish and English)

· $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
