Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Must have at least 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine.
