SAAR Management, LLC is a property management company, headquartered in South Florida. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our organization and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Assist with change management initiatives and support employees through organizational changes
- Utilize Rippling HRIS system to manage employee data and generate reports
- Collaborate with COO to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Manage workers compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers
- Support HR projects such as policy development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization to address HR-related inquiries and provide guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience with UltiPro or similar HRIS system preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
