Rotex, a Hillenbrand company, is a leading manufacturer of dry material separation machines and replacement parts and we have been setting and shattering standards for industrial separation equipment since 1844.
We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager who is ready to partner across our site associates and across our global HR function and help us evolve our business strategies. This leader will own the HR function for the site, including employee relations, culture and engagement, legal compliance, performance management, succession planning, and leadership advising.
Our headquarters has roughly 250 employees and is located in Northside Cincinnati. This role will be hybrid/onsite 3-4 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate outside of the Cincinnati metro.
The Team:
This role will be part of the Hillenbrand Global HR function, with ownership of the headquarter plant of Rotex, a Hillenbrand Operating Company.
