We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to create and implement strategic internal communication plans that foster engagement, inclusivity, and strive for achieving company goals. This role would suit someone with a passion for creating compelling narratives and delivering them through various communication channels, including in-person or virtual town halls, employee events, email broadcasts, print, video, audio, and internal online platforms.Responsibilities:1. Develop strategic communication plans that foster employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.2. Support the Corporate Communications Director in executing executive communication activities aligned with strategic objectives.3. Lead and mentor a team of internal communicators.4. Establish relationships across all levels of the organization and provide counsel to leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with company mission, vision, and values.5. Develop high-quality content to communicate company strategies and inspire employees.6. Apply change management practices in an evolving environment.7. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver personalized content.8. Implement technology to enhance the internal communications process.9. Prepare for crisis scenarios and provide support in crisis response as needed.10. Implement comprehensive program measurement and provide consistent reporting on activities and outcomes.11. Coordinate with our parent company's communications team on shared campaigns.12. Manage vendor relationships and associated budgets.
