The White Claw Consumer Communications Manager role is responsible for creating, developing, managing and executing communications strategies across earned media, influencer, and organic social media across the White Claw portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of cross functional communication to effectively engage our target audience, enhance brand reputation, and drive consumer awareness and engagement. The White Claw Consumer Communications Manager is deeply collaborative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, executes with excellence and actively participates in growing team culture.
Accountabilities:
1. Create and implement best-in-class integrated communications plans that align with marketing and business objectives.
2. Lead all White Claw PR activity, including earned media strategies and external messaging and Q&A materials including pitches, fact sheets and press releases.
3. Develop White Claw influencer strategy and execution, including growing and developing a strong network of influencer relationships.
4. Oversee White Claw organic social media presence across various platforms and production of high-quality, sharable content.
5. Ensure consistency of messaging across channels.
6. Manage agency partners and manage respective budgets

Key Capabilities:
1. Bachelor’s Degree & 5—7 years of relevant communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG.
2. Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth global brand.
3. Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams start to finish.
4. Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders.
