Robert Half is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to assist with administration with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties for onboarding and new hire orientation. The Onboarding Specialist will be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. Based in the Los Angeles, California area, this is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.Major responsibilities- Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings- Process background checks and ensure I-9 paperwork is completed - Put together new hire paperwork- Maintain employee database records
