The HR Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in helping the firm optimize the execution of its current human resources processes and ensuring compliance with varying requirement. The ideal candidate with have experience in varying aspects of HR including logistics and daily operations including recruiting, employee onboarding/offboarding, training, etc. This position is full-time in-person Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM in Tucson, AZ.
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Serve as the internal "single point of contact" for HR administrative needs;
• Assisting Operations with human resources matters such as new hire onboarding, documentation, and employee benefits implementation and administration;
• Organizing appointments, calendars, and tasks to support talent recruiting and onboarding activities;
• Creating and editing documents and presentations for correspondence with candidates and new hires;
• Continuing Professional Education/Professional Certification monitoring and compliance
• Training Support
• Office administration
• Equipment inventory and distribution management
• Maintaining and enhancing our filing systems of training documents, policies and other resources; and
• Maintaining standards of confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
