Executive Assistant - Professional Services Team - Contract to hire opportunity.

Join our dynamic team as the Executive Assistant to the professional services team at our clients location in Henderson. In this integral role, you will play a key part in executing administrative and operational support services for the firm. We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in managing and supporting a team of more than six individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal "single point of contact" for administrative needs for our professional service team members nationwide.
• Organize appointments, calendars, time entries, expenses, and tasks to support our client service professionals.
• Coordinate client meetings and visits, managing logistics, materials, research, and note-taking.
• Support internal workshops and conferences, including travel planning, logistics, scheduling, and task management.
• Facilitate IT support.
• Create and edit documents and presentations.
• Maintain and enhance filing systems.
• Uphold confidentiality standards with respect to all matters and documents.
