New Job Opportunity - Executive Assistant:
Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant who has 4 years of related professional work experience.
Will have HR Responsibilities and report directly to the COO. Fluency in Korean is a requirement.
Logistics of the Role:
- Full Time - Direct Hire
- On Site -
- Compensation is dependent on experience (Ranging from 70k-85k). Flexible
Day to Day Activities:
- The Executive Assistant will provide general executive level administrative support
- Extensive calendar management, manage and screen phone calls
- Coordinate meetings and travel
- Compose, edit and write letters, memos and correspondence
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes
- Perform other general office functions
Qualifications:
- 4 years of executive assistant professional experience
- Fluent in Korean
- Professional experience with HR responsibilities
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Excellent organization, writing, presentation and communications required
