We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the service industry, based in Orange Cove, California. This role involves a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and answering calls. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role to ensure effective communication with our diverse customer base. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency• Handle filing duties to ensure the organization and accessibility of essential documents• Perform scanning tasks to digitize necessary paperwork and documents• Respond to incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing queries to the appropriate department or individual• Utilize bilingual skills in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues• Replace and take over the tasks of a former candidate to ensure the continuity of operations• Utilize MS Office for various administrative tasks, including document creation, email correspondence, and schedule management• Work within the established schedule of Monday to Friday, 7am- 4pm• Participate in special projects as needed• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
