TitleTotal Rewards Manager Description

Position Summary:

The Total Rewards Manager plays a vital role at RoadSafe, leading the strategic design, implementation, and management of our comprehensive employee benefits programs. This pivotal position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is adept at fostering robust relationships across all organizational levels and with numerous third-party vendors and insurance brokers. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for innovation in benefits offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and seamlessly align with RoadSafe's overarching strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits, including report generation, invoice reconciliation, handling of file feed errors, overseeing open enrollment, and managing rate inputs in HRIS.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to formulate and uphold competitive compensation frameworks.
  • Lead the employee enrollment approval process and manage direct communication with disability/FMLA TPA and claim examiners.
  • Guarantee precise upkeep and timely updates to benefits plans within HRIS, including annual adjustments and plan revisions.
  • Craft and distribute continuous benefits communication to the entire organization.
  • Perform thorough analyses and reporting on benefits initiatives, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, legislative changes, and internal metrics to refine and advance our benefits strategy.
  • Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with third-party vendors for the seamless administration of benefits schemes.
Position Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits and compensation management, with a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record in compliance management and plan administration.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, RFP processes, and project management related to the implementation of benefit plans.
