Job Description

The US Recognition & Rewards Manager will be responsible for US Recognition Programs and the McD Company Owned & Operated Restaurants (McOpCo) Employee Value Proposition relative to rewards. This Manager will ensure that programs (recognition and benefits) align with our Values and promote inclusion in a way which makes all employees feel valued and appreciated. This role will use data insights, pertinent trends and a robust communication plan to deliver relevant and cost-effective programs for employees. Building strong partnerships with leaders, McOpCo, HR Operations and Field HR will be essential. Stakeholder management, program measurement, & influence are critical to the success of this role.

Job Description

• Designing, maintaining and driving the US Recognition & McOpCo Benefits strategy
• Management of annual US Recognition calendar & budget
• Building & maintaining a comprehensive communication plan that educates and promotes rewards related elements of the EVP
• Proactively staying abreast of pertinent trends in recognition and benefits amongst competitors
• Utilizing data to inform and educate internal partners on program utilization and employee satisfaction
• Engagement with Franchisee community in order to share best practices and learnings, as well as learn from the Franchisee community around benefits offerings
• Lead market execution of Pinnacle awards by assisting the Global Recognition Manager with US/Corp nominations and registration process.
• Partner with HR Operations on the execution of restaurant and operator awards.
• Partner with HR Operations on the administration and implementation of benefits programs for McOpCo.
• Partner with Communications team and vendors to create relevant materials for all awards & Restaurant benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Rewards industry
• Strong project management skills
• Keen ability to proactively manage a variety of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization
• Vendor / supplier management experience
• Proven evidence of strategy design and execution
