JOB TITLE: Admin Asst (Gifts & Records )

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm

Job description:
Person must be reliable.
The position will assist the Gifts & Record team within the Development and Alumni Relations department of University.

Tasks will include:
Reviewing and updating donors’ biographical information (i.e. name changes, address, phone and e-mail)
Researching address updates
Completing data cleanup projects
Printing and mailing receipts
Filing
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Quick learner
An affinity to work with numbers or familiarity with accounting
The ability to handle confidential information and good computer skills are essential
A college degree and CRM experience would be preferred

Must be on-site

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
