Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling HR products and services, with a strong focus on building and nurturing client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:1. Prospect and identify potential clients within the designated territory, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of prospective clients, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, including HR managers, business owners, and C-suite executives.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both their needs and company objectives.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to identify areas for growth and innovation.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of Reserve Squad.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling HR products and services.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and industry trends, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
