Legacy Health Services is looking to hire an experienced Recruiter and Retention specialist to work at our corporate office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with recruiting high level positions in the Skilled Nursing/LTC field as well as creating strategies to improve recruiting and retention efforts at our facilities.
Summary:
- Focus on Recruitment and Retention
- Recruits, screens, recommends prospective applicants for employment at facility level.
- Performs initial interview to determine candidate suitability for placement
- Maintains a weekly status report in open position and status
- Develops and maintains a highly qualified candidate pool
- Strategizing on employee retention
Experience:
- 5 years experience as a recruiter in the Skilled Nursing/LTC field
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in cold calling
- Experience in ATS systems
